1. Please go to the phone settings page, turn off Bluetooth and try again;
2. If the problem persists, please switch the gamepad mode manually and connect again.
3. If still not resolved, the firmware version may be too low, please try to upgrade the firmware to the latest
How to manually switch each gamepad to Android Smart Connect mode:
Wasp-BT/Wasp 2/Wasp Pro
Keep the gamepad turned on, and at the same time press and hold the [Logo] key + [A] key for 5 seconds, wait for the indicator light to flash once, indicating that the mode switch is successful
Apex/Wee/Wee 2/Wee 2T
Keep the gamepad turned on, and at the same time press and hold the [ ))) ] key + [Y] key for 5 seconds, wait for the indicator light to flash once, indicating that the mode switch is successful
Q1/Scorpion
Keep the gamepad turned on, and at the same time press and hold the [ Ctrl ] key + [Alt] key +[1] key for 5 seconds, wait for the indicator light to flash once, indicating that the mode switch is successful
Wasp
Keep the gamepad turned on, and at the same time press and hold the [Logo ] key + [B] key for 5 seconds, wait for the indicator blue light to turn blue, indicating that the mode switch is successful
X8 Pro/X8
Keep the gamepad turned on, and at the same time press and hold the [Logo ] key + [Y] key for 5 seconds, wait for the indicator blue light to turn blue, indicating that the mode switch is successful
